We maintain a stock of our items; however, in the event that an item is out of stock, we use a local printing company to fulfil orders. Please be advised that this process may take up to 10 days.
Refund & Returns
We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, or if the item is unsuitable, we offer a simple and fair returns policy.
Returns & Refunds
• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• In their original condition with tags attached (if applicable)
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty. Items can be returned via whichever club they attend.
Faulty Items or Wrong Orders
If your item is faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.
